Abstract

Article 1: Non-government companies, associations, or organizations licensed by the Authority to practice the microfinance business, pursuant to Law No. 141 of 2014, shall confine their financing activities strictly to economic purposes in income-generating productive or services or commercial areas. They shall take into consideration their sharing in the project / activity of the finance recipient, either with efforts or with a portion of the finance needed for that project / activity, consistent with the nature of the said project/activity.
