Abstract

Article 1: The texts of articles nos. (4), (10), (12), (13), (13-bis), (17), (19/ second paragraph), (51/ first paragraph) of the executive regulations of the Environmental Law referred to, shall be replaced with the following texts: Article 2: Annexes Nos. (1) and (1-bis) attached to the executive regulations of the Environmental Law, referred to, shall be replaced with the two annexes attached to the present decree. Also, table No. (3) of annex No. (7) attached to the executive regulations of the Environmental Law, referred to, shall be replaced with the table attached to the present decree. Article 3: The following shall be added to the executive regulations of the Environmental Law, referred to: two new items to article (5), new paragraphs to articles nos. (11, 21 and 51), a new article sub no. (18-bis), two new items to the second paragraph of annex No. (6) attached to the executive regulations of the Environmental Law, referred to, as follows: Article 4: Articles Nos. (25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 38) of the executive regulations of the Environmental Law, referred to, shall be cancelled.
