Abstract

Article 1: As of the first of October, 2023, the values of the minimum limit of the total wage, prescribed by article (1) of prime minister's decree no. 1627 of the year 2019, as amended by decrees nos. 2421 of the year 2019, 1455 of the year 2021, 1325 of the year 2022, 4017 of the year 2022 and 1408 of the year 2023, referred to, shall be modified, such that the minimum limit of the wages payable to the employees and workers of the State agencies at the public service and economic authorities shall not be less than the following: Article 2: The text of article-3 of prime minister’s decree no. 1627 of the year 2019, referred to, shall be replaced with the following text: “As of the first of October, 2023, the employee/ worker shall be entitled to a complementary incentive, representing the difference between the total wage and the minimum limit of wage prescribed by article-1 of this decree, subject to the following:
