Abstract

Article 1: The date of enforcement of the Decree Law No. 104 of the year 2012, amending some provisions of the Stamp Duty Law promulgated by Law No. 111 of the year 1980, and amendments thereof, shall be changed to be the date following the date of publication of the present law. Article 2: Texts of Articles (57), (60) and (64) of the provisions of the Stamp Duty Law promulgated by Law No. 111 of the year 1980, and amendments thereof, shall be replaced by the following texts:
