Abstract

Article 1: In exception to the provision of article (3 7) of the Civil Service Law promulgated by Law No. 8 1 of the year 2016, the entitlement of the servants addressed by the Provisions of the present law to the periodic raise shall be expedited so as to start on the first of April 2022. This raise shall be at the rate of 8% of the job wage payable to each of them on 31/3/2022, at a minimum limit of L.B. 100 monthly. The said raise shall be deemed as part of the worker's job wage as of 1/4/2022, without prejudice to the entitlement to the annual periodic raise prescribed by the aforesaid article (37), on its due date in July 2023.
