Abstract

Article 1: Hotel establishments - of whatever kind - which have obtained necessary approvals to issue operation licenses, without fulfilling the requirements and for which the General Department for Licenses at the Hotels and Tourist Establishments Sector has decided to grant a limited period license shall - upon a decree of the Minister of Tourism - be licensed to operate for no more than one renewable year.
