Abstract

Article 1: The third paragraph of article (1) of the decree of the minister of Trade and Industry No. 43 of the Year 2016, referred to, shall be cancelled. Article 2: The text of item (Third) of the second article of decree of the minister of Trade and Industry No. 43 of the Year 2016, referred to, shall be replaced with the following text: Article 3: Items (Fourth, Fifth and Sixth) shall be added to article two of the ministerial decree no. 43 of the year 2016, referred to, and two new articles sub nos. (two – bis), (two – bis 1) shall also be added to the aforesaid decree, to be read as follows:
