Abstract

Article 1: The e-publishing service of entry, annotation and renewal services in the commercial register, via the trade names journal, shall be activated, provided that the e-publishing shall be made on the website of the Internal Trade Development Authority, along with collecting an e-publishing service charge at the amount of L.E. 50 (fifty Egyptian Pounds). The said service charge shall be inclusive of the fee prescribed by the law on the commercial register no. 34 of the year 1976 and its executive regulations.
