Ministry of Trade and Industry Decree No. 145 For The Year 2017 Amending the Export Duty Imposed on Certain Mineral Ores = وزارة التجارة والصناعة قرار رقم 145 لسنة 2017 فى شأن تعديل رسم الصادر على بعض الخامات التعدينية

Abstract

Article 1: The Export Duty imposed on the mineral ores stated in the following table shall continue to apply, provided that the value of the duty shall be as stated next to each thereof: Article 2: This Export Duty shall not apply to the consignments exported to the productive projects established in the free zones within the Arab Republic of Egypt, subject to the quantities approved by the General Authority For Investment and Free zones.
