Abstract

Article 1: It shall be prohibited to take any action whether by licensing the activity or recording in the industrial register or otherwise in respect of the stakeholders to whom lands were allocated in the industrial zones three years ago but have not yet adopted serious measures concerning such lands, unless it is proved that the delay is not ascribed to the stakeholders.
