Abstract

Article 1: The text of article one of the promulgation articles of Law No. 84 of the Year 2017, Promulgating the Law on the Compensations of the Public Construction, Supplies and Service Contracts as well as the texts of articles nos. (1 and 4) of the Law on the Compensations of the Public Construction, Supplies and Service Contracts, referred to, shall be substituted with the following texts: Article 2: A new article sub no. (1 – Bis) shall be added following article-1 of Law No. 84 of the Year 2017, Promulgating the Law on the Compensations of the Public Construction, Supplies and Service Contracts.
