Abstract

Article 1: The provisions of this law shall apply to the places leased to legal persons for other than residential purposes, as per law no. 49 of the year 1977 on the lease and sale of places and regulating the relation between the landlord and tenant, and law no. 136 of the year 1981 on certain provisions related to leasing and selling places and regulating the relation between the landlord and tenant.
