Abstract

Article 1: The numbers of Articles (two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, sixteen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty, twenty one and twenty two) of Law No. 102 of the year 1986 on the establishment of New and Renewable Energy Authority shall be substituted by the following numbers (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22). Article 2: Article numbers (One, Fifteen and Seventeen) of Law No. 102 of the Year 1986 referred to shall be substituted as follows: Article 3: Two items nos. (12 and 13) shall be added to Article (8) of Law No. 102 of the year 1986, referred to, along with renumbering the following item to be (14) instead of (12) as follows: Article 4: The word “energy” stated next to the definition of the term “Renewable Energy Sources” in Article (1) of Law No. 203 of the year 2014 on Stimulating the Production of Electricity from Renewable Energy Sources shall be substituted by the phrase “electric or thermal energy” and Article (3) of the same law shall be substituted as follows:
