Abstract

Article 1: Sharm El-Sheikh and Dahab cities, and Aqaba Gulf tourist sector in South Sinai governorate shall be excepted, according to the cadastral plans and lists of coordinates attached to this decree, from the scope of applying the provisions of the law on integrated development in Sinai Peninsula, together with adhering to the provisions of this decree. Article 2: Owning the lands and built realties in the areas subject to this decree shall be allowed for the physical persons of Egyptian nationality and the Egyptian legal persons whose capital is owned in full by Egyptians.
