Abstract

Article 1: The sub sectors of investment activities at the (electricity and renewable energy – education – sports) sectors in the geographic zone of each of sector (A) and (B), shall be distributed as per the attached two tables. Article 2: The companies and establishments addressed with the provisions of article-1 of this decree shall obtain the approvals, permits and licenses from the entities concerned as per the nature of each activity, to be granted the incentives set out in the attached two tables. Article 3: A new item sub no. (4) and reading as: “4- manufacture of environment-friendly safe alternatives of the single-use plastic products” shall be added to table (1) on specifying the sub sectors of investment activities in the geographic zone of sector (A), as attached to the prime minister’s decree no. 104 of the year 2022 referred to, under sub sector no. (3) titled “Wood industries, furniture, printing, packaging and chemical industries” branching from the industrial sector.
