Article 1: Item No. (8) of Annex No. (2) on the commodities allowed to be imported second hand under the aforesaid statute of rules enforcing the provisions of Law No. 118 of the year 1975 concerning import and export, as issued by Ministerial Decree No. 770 of the year 2005 and the amendments thereof, shall be replaced with the following item:
