Abstract

Article 1: The plastic shopping sacks produced and imported according to Egyptian Standard Specifications No. (3040) shall be considered as a priority product which is subject to the extended producer responsibility pursuant to article-17 of the law regulating the management of waste, as promulgated by law no. 202 of the year 2020. Article 2:The producer or importer of plastic shopping sacks referred to in article-1 of the present decree shall take the following procedures:
