Abstract

Article 1: Tourist and hotel establishments, shall ensure that the workers of all departments thereat obtain the necessary training courses, each according to his specialization, along with notifying the ministry of tourism and antiquities of a proof of same, by virtue of a training certificate approved by any of the entities or companies specialized in that respect, all as is determined by the ministry. Article 8: The license of the establishment that violates the provision of the present decree shall be cancelled. The tourist license shall not be reissued thereto except after it submits a proof indicating that it has avoided the reasons for cancellation.
