Abstract

Article 1: The texts of item-1 of article-49, last clause of article-132, and item-2 of article-157 of the executive regulations of the law organizing the contracts concluded by public entities, referred to, shall be replaced with the following Article 2: A second clause shall be added to the text of article-79, and a new item sub no. (2-bis) shall be added to the text of article-133 of the executive regulations of the law organizing the contracts concluded by public entities, referred to. The newly-added texts shall read as follows: Article 3: A new section titled "Section-5 (bis): appraisal of real estate assets by real estate appraisers" shall be added to chapter-1 of part-3 of the executive regulations of the law organizing the contracts concluded by public entities, referred to. The newly-added section includes the following articles:
