Abstract

Article 1: The texts of articles nos. (3/ second paragraph, 4, 14/ third paragraph, 15/ first paragraph - item "b", 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 26, 28/ first paragraph, 32/ first paragraph item "C", 32/ last paragraph and 39) of the law on Organizing the Private Sector Participation in Infrastructure, Services and Public Utilities Projects, as promulgated by law No. 67 of the year 2010, shall be replaced with the following texts:
