Abstract

Article 1: Thursday corresponding to 12th of August 2021 (AD) shall be considered an official paid leave in the ministries, governmental departments, public authorities, local administrative units, the public sector companies and public business sector companies, instead of the Gregorian date corresponding to the first of Muharram, 1443 (AH), according to the outcomes of sighting of the new crescent Moon, on the occasion of the Hijra New Year (Islamic Calendar).
