Abstract

Article 2: In applying the provisions of Article (36) of the Law on Facilitating the Procedures of Licensing the Industrial Establishments referred to, heavy industries and other industries shall mean the following industrial activities (according to ISIC4 System): Article 3: The Authority shall, annually or when necessary, in coordination with the entities concerned and within the scope of the economic, social and environmental development plans of the State, determine the licenses for heavy industries and others to be offered to investors and geographical distribution thereof, taking into account the available energy at the discretion of the Supreme Council of Energy, the country's economic need, and the potentials for local consumption and export.
