Abstract

Article 1: Entry in the register of those transacting with the customs authority shall be a precondition for the release of the consignments imported for or exported from the projects licensed to operate in the technological zones, in accordance with the rules and procedures stipulated in the executive regulations of the Customs Law. Article 2: For the release of the machinery, equipment and tools required for the activity licensed for the projects operating inside the technological zones, the following customs procedures shall be followed:
