Abstract

Article 1: The phrase "passenger cars" mentioned in serial (1) of annex no.(3) concerning the commodities imported with special conditions, of Minister of Foreign Trade and Industry Decree No. 770 of the year 2005 referred to, shall be replaced with the phrase "passenger cars except the cars operated by an electric motor". Article 2: A new condition sub no. (10) shall be added to serial-2 "Equipment and means of transport and transportation and their spare parts (except motorcycles)", of annex no. (2) concerning the commodities allowed to be imported second-hand, of Minister of Foreign Trade and Industry Decree No. 770 of the year 2005 referred to. The newly-added condition shall read as follows:
