Abstract

Article 1: Articles Nos. (283, 289 and 290) of the Penal Code promulgated by Law No. 58 of the year 1937 shall be substituted by the following: Article 2: A new article No. (106 BIS "B") shall be added to the Penal Code and a second clause shall be added to article (111) of the same Code as follows: Article 3: Article No. (288) of the Penal Code, referred to, shall be repealed.
