Abstract

Article 1: All sugar and rice commodities producing, importing, manufacturing, packing, and supplying entities and enterprises shall write down the out-of-factory price and consumer price on each pack in Arabic in a clear writing that is not erasable, as well as all data stipulated in the ministerial decree No. 107 of the year 1994 provided that the prices on sugar packs shall be in accordance with the ministerial decree No. 42 of the year 2017.
