Abstract

Article 1: The seaport, dockage and pilotage fees prescribed by Law No. 24 of the year 1983 shall be reduced for the container ships or fairies arriving from foreign seaports to the Suez Canal Economic Zone seaports which carry out the handling and loading/unloading of transit containers, and exceeding in number 200 containers, by a discount rate of (0.015 x the number of containers) up to a maximum of (50%) according to the annexed table.
