Abstract

Article 1: A special monthly raise shall be granted to the State civil servants who are not addressed with the provisions of the Civil Service Law promulgated by Law No. 81 of the year 2016, as of the First of July 2017, at the rate of (10%) of the basic salary of each thereof on 30/6/2017 or on the date of appointment with regard to those appointed after that date, at a minimum limit of L.E. 65. This raise shall be considered as a part of the basic salary of the civil servant, July 2017.
