Abstract

Article 1: Articles nos. (1, 34, 35, 37, 38, 41, 42, 49, 59, 75, 81 and 106) of the Executive Regulations of the Mineral Resources Law promulgated by Decree of the Prime Minister No. 1657 of the year 2015 shall be substituted with the following texts: Article 2: New articles nos. (36 BIS, 38 BIS and 43 BIS) shall be added to the Executive Regulations of the Mineral Resources Law promulgated by Decree of the Prime Minister No. 1657 of the year 2015, the texts of which are as follows:
