Abstract

Article 1: Each and every entity and company producing, importing (locally packaged products), manufacturing, packaging and exporting food commodities shall write down (the consumer’s selling price) on each package in a clear nonremovable and non-erasable Arabic writing in addition to the other data set forth in the regulating ministerial decrees including Ministerial Decree No. 107 of the year 1994.
