Abstract

Article 1: The holding companies and subsidiaries thereof subject to the Ministry of Public Business Sector shall ensure the availability of the appropriate expertise in the representatives thereof in the membership of the boards of directors of the joint ventures in which they have shareholdings, in accordance with the activity and size of the joint venture and the experience required for the development thereof as well as the expertise stipulated in some legislations which regulate the specialized activities.
