Abstract

Article 1: The pharmaceutical factories may not be established without obtaining the license of the Ministry of Health and Population after the fulfillment of the conditions and controls set forth in Law No. 127 of the year 1955 issued with regard to practicing the pharmacy profession. Article 2: No legal action of any kind may be taken in the pharmaceutical factories prior to notifying the Central Department of the Pharmaceutical Affairs at the Ministry of Health and Population and submitting the necessary undertakings to guarantee the provision of the medications required for treating patients.
