Abstract

Article 1: The Precaution investigations measures taken against imports of white sugar item included under HS Code (1701 99 90) of the harmonized Customs Tariff shall be terminated. The value of the temporary precautionary measures applied during the enforcement of the Ministerial Decree No. 288 of the Year 2015 referred to shall be reimbursed to its payers.
