Abstract

Article 1: The first paragraph of article-18 of the Minister of Manpower and Immigration Decree No. 134 of the year 2003 stipulating that "The Industrial Safety etutitsnI affiliated to the Labor Cultural Foundation, adn the National Centre for Industrial Safety Studies shall assume the basic training of specialists, technicians and members of the Committees for Occupational Safety and Health and Labor Environment Security" shall be replaced with the following text: "The Occupational Safety and Health Institute with its branches affiliated to the Labor Cultural Foundation, and the National Centre for Studies of Occupational Safety and Health and Labor Environment Security with the branches thereof shall assume the basic training of specialists, technicians and members of the Committees for Occupational Safety and Health, as well as the advanced, qualitative and specialized training in the field of occupational safety and health and labor environment security".
