Abstract

Article 1: Without prejudice to the provisions of the decrees determining competent ministers at some of the public business sector companies, the Ministry of Public Business Sector shall assume the management of the State investments owned by public business sector companies as well as the supervision on these companies, follow-up and evaluation of their business results, and submission of periodical reports to the Cabinet of Ministers in this regard.
