Prime Minister’s Decree No. 844 of the Year 2015 Determining Certain Customs Tax Exemptions = قرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم 844 لسنة 2015

Abstract

Article 1: The items released from the free zone of the city of Port Said and accompanying the persons leaving the zone into the country shall be exempted from the customs tax at no more than L.E. 200 (Two Hundred Egyptian Pounds) of the customs value. The customs exemption shall be enjoyed just once per person every six months annually, by virtue of the personal identity card (national code) and providing the sales tax prescribed according to law No. 11 of the year 1991 shall be settled.
