Abstract

Article 1: The texts of Item (1), (Second / ultimate clause) and (Third / Item-8) of Article (7), Article (17 / Item Second / first clause), and Article (228) of the Executive Regulations of the Capital Market Law referred to shall be substituted with the following texts: Article 2: A new Article sub No. (17-Bis), two new clauses to the end of Article (32) and a second clause to Article (229) shall be added to the Executive Regulations of the Capital Market Law, reading as follows:
