Abstract

Article 1: The persons of the public law may - by means of a decree of the Prime Minister after the approval of the Cabinet according to the controls determined by the Cabinet - be licensed to establish joint stock companies individually or with other partners or to contribute to existing companies in accordance with the provisions of the law on the joint stock companies, partnerships limited by shares and limited liability companies referred to, without prejudice to the purposes of those persons.
