Abstract

Article 1: A special monthly raise shall be granted to all the State civil servants who are not addressed by the provisions of the Civil Service Law promulgated by Decree-law No. 18 of the year 2015, as of the First of July 2015 at the rate of (10%) of the basic salary of each thereof on 30 June 2015 or on the date of appointment with regard to those appointed after that date, without minimum or maximum limits. This raise shall not be considered as a part of the basic salary of the civil servant.
