Abstract

Article 1: The Employers and the Insured shall be exempted from the additional amounts due thereon regarding the contributions and premiums due till the date of the end of the month preceding the date of enforcement of this law, pursuant to the provisions of Law No. 79 of the year 1975, Law No. 108 of the year 1976, and Law No. 50 of the year 1978 referred to.
