Abstract

Article 1: Pensions payable before 1 July 2014 shall be increased by (10%) effective from that date, according to the provisions of the following laws: Article 2: The Public teasury shall bear the financial liabilities resulting from the implementation of the present decree. The Minister of Social Solidarity shall issue a decree concerning the rules enforcing the provisions of this decree.
