Abstract

Article 1: Net monthly income prescribed in Decree Law No. 63 of the year 2014 shall be fixed based on the total amounts paid to the employee during a calendar year divided by twelve months. Article 2: The Decree-Law No. 63 of the year 2014 referred to above shall apply to the following classes of employees: Article 3: All entities subject to the provisions of the present Decree shall observe the following procedures:
