Abstract

Article 1: The term of the current trade union session of the trade union formations' boards of directors, established in accordance with the provisions of the Trade Union Law promulgated by Law No. 35 of the year 1976, shall be extended for a period of one year as of the current session end date or pending the promulgation of Trade Union Law, whichever is earlier, providing the elections of these trade unions' boards of directors for the new session shall be called for during the aforesaid period and at least sixty (60) days prior to the lapse thereof.
