Abstract

Article 1: Forms No. (1-IR, 2-IR, 3-IR, 4-IR and 6-IR) attached to the Ministerial Decree No. 186 of the year 1978 in the executive regulations implementing the aforementioned Law No. 24 of the year 1977 shall be replaced by the forms attached to the present decree. Article 2: The following texts shall replace the texts of articles (8, 9 and 15) of the executive regulations implementing the Industrial Register Law promulgated by the Ministerial Decree No. 186 of the year 1978 on the executive regulations implementing the Industrial Register Law: Article 3: No authority may issue any rules or procedures additional to what has been stated in the present decree.
