Abstract

Article 1: The term of the trade union session of the current trade union formations' boards of directors, established in accordance with the provisions of the Trade Union Law No. 35 of the year 1976 and the amendments thereof, shall be extended for a period of one year as of the current session end date or pending the promulgation of Trade Union law, whichever is earlier, providing the elections of the new boards of directors shall be called for during the aforesaid period and sixty (60) days prior to the lapse thereof.
