Abstract

Article 1: The monthly special raise prescribed in Article (1) of Law No. 70 of the year 2010, referred to hereinbefore, shall be granted to the permanent and temporary workers inside the Arab Republic of Egypt in the form of comprehensive remunerations in the Administrative body of the State, the Local Administrative Units, the Public Authorities and Organizations, the Public Sector Companies, the Public Business Sector Companies, and the state civil servants whose personnel affairs are regulated by special Laws or statutes, and to those of public positions and pegged remuneration.
