Abstract

Article 1: All the inspection entities working in accordance with the specification (ISO/IEC 17020) and the certification entities working in accordance with the specification (ISO/IEC 17021) and granting the management systems conformity certificates in Egypt pursuant to the requirements of the following international specifications: Article 2: The conformity-assessment entities that are providing or intending to provide any of the services mentioned in article-1 of this decree shall be given a time limit of two years as of the date of issuing this decree so that they can adjust their state of affairs and obtain accreditation.
