Abstract

Article 1: A second paragraph shall be added to article-1 of minister of finance decree no. 379 of the year 2018, referred to, the text of which is read as follows: “As an exception to the provision of the first paragraph of this article, the value to be collected on the imports of copper ore for processing, upon release, shall be at the rate of 0.5% of the value of imports”.
