Abstract

Article 1: The local administrative units, service and economic public authorities, and other public juridical persons, public sector companies, public business sector companies, holding companies and their subsidiaries, the companies which the State and other public juridical persons contribute to their capital at a percentage exceeding 50%, which sell goods or services, shall register themselves in the electronic invoice system established at the Egyptian Tax Authority, within a time limit not later than 1/10/2021.
